Koh Phangan Gutes und günstiges Essen beim Street Food Market in Thong Sala gehen (Phantip Nachtmarkt). Desweiteren gehört auch ein Besuch der Walking Street am Samstag. Sie beginnt in der Nähe des Piers und führt durch die Altstadt von Thong Sala. Während der Walking Street wird der ganze Markt zu einer Fußgängerzone. Hier findet man neben thailändischen Köstlichkeiten und leckeren Fruchtshakes auch unzählige weitere Stände mit Souvenirs, Schmuck, Kleidung, Antiquitäten und vielem mehr.
